The short version
This website collects personal information in exactly one place: the contact form. We use what you send to reply to you. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell or share your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, optional company and website, the service and budget range you select, and your message. Standard technical information (such as your IP address) is processed by our hosting infrastructure to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and — if we work together — deliver the engagement. That's the whole list. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything.
Cookies and analytics
The site currently sets no marketing or analytics cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.
Where your data lives
Enquiries are stored in our own hosting account (Cloudflare, which runs this site), where only we can read them, and our replies continue as ordinary email correspondence. Cloudflare also keeps short-lived technical logs of site requests. We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and delete them on request.
Your choices
Email us at hello@veldway.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer these requests directly — there is no form or portal to fight through.
