What we do
Three services, done properly
Deliberately narrow: platforms and problems we know deeply, instead of a menu of everything.
The connective layer
Your systems already work. Together, they mostly don't.
Orders in one place, stock in another, customers in a third — and someone retyping between them. We build the integration layer that makes separate systems behave like one business — including the automation and AI steps that remove the manual work — with queues, retries, and an audit trail, not a brittle script.

Designs you can read in full
Worked designs with the architecture, the challenges, and what we'd adapt for your case — each labeled honestly for exactly what it is.
How we work
A process built for working with people you haven't met
Remote, international work succeeds on verifiable artifacts, not vibes. Every stage produces something you can read, click, or own.
- 01
Discover
A short call and a written brief. We ask about the business problem before we ask about the software.
- You describe what's broken, slow, or missing; we ask questions until we can restate the problem back to you accurately.
- 02
Scope & fixed proposal
You get a written scope with deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price — before any commitment.
- The proposal lists exactly what will exist at the end that doesn't exist now.
- 03
Build in visible increments
Work happens on a staging environment you can open from day one, with written progress updates every week.
- You watch the real thing take shape instead of waiting for a big reveal.
- 04
Review & launch
Structured review against the scope, your sign-off, then a monitored launch.
- We test on real devices and real data, not just a laptop and lorem ipsum.
- 05
Handover & support
You own everything: code, accounts, documentation. Support afterwards is optional, not a hostage situation.
- Repositories, hosting, and platform accounts are in your name from the start.

What working with us looks like
We can't show you testimonials we haven't earned yet — so here is exactly how engagements run, stated plainly enough that you can hold us to it.
- Staging from week one
- You get a link to the real work in progress, not a status report about it.
- Weekly written updates
- What moved, what's next, what's blocked — in writing, every week, unprompted.
- You own code and accounts
- Repos, hosting, and platform accounts in your name from day one. No hostage-taking.
- Fixed written scope
- Deliverables, timeline, and price agreed before work starts. Changes are re-scoped, not absorbed into surprise invoices.
- Version control & backups
- Every change tracked, every deployment reversible, backups tested — not assumed.
- Documented handover
- Written so another developer could take over. Working with us stays a choice.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions international clients actually ask — including the one about where we are.
Where are you based?
Lahore, Pakistan. We work remotely with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the Gulf. We keep daily overlap with US Eastern hours and full overlap with UK and European business hours, and everything of substance is put in writing so decisions never depend on catching us live.
How do we communicate during a project?
A weekly written progress update as a baseline, plus scheduled calls at the milestones that need them. You get a staging link from the first week, so conversations happen around something you can actually click. Email, Slack, or your preferred channel — we adapt to yours.
How does pricing work?
Fixed-price proposals for scoped projects: you see deliverables, timeline, and cost in writing before committing anything. Ongoing work (maintenance, iterative improvements) runs on a simple monthly arrangement. No hourly meters running in the background.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from day one. Repositories, hosting, store, and platform accounts are created in your name or transferred to it. Documentation is written so that any competent developer could take over — working with us stays a choice, not a lock-in.
What size of project do you take on?
Focused, well-scoped builds and integrations: a store, a site, a connection between systems, or a series of improvements to one. Smaller budget? Our fixed-price audits are built exactly for that — a written report you keep, credited against any follow-on work. If your project needs a large team, we'll tell you that on the first call.
How do you handle access to our systems and data?
Least-privilege by default: the narrowest API scopes and roles that do the job, running inside accounts you own, with credentials in your own platform settings rather than our copies. Access is granted at the start and revoked at handover, with a written list of everything we touched. We'll sign your NDA before seeing anything sensitive, and a data-processing agreement where your data is in scope.
How do payments work internationally?
We invoice in USD, GBP, or EUR through standard international channels (bank transfer or Wise). Payment terms are stated in the proposal — usually a project deposit and milestone payments, so neither side carries all the risk.
