About
A small studio that builds like it's accountable — because it is
We build Shopify stores, WordPress sites, and the API integrations that connect them to the rest of a business. Remote by design, international by default.
The studio
Focused on purpose
We're a development studio based in Lahore, Pakistan, working with businesses in North America, the UK, Europe, Australia, and the Gulf. The work is deliberately focused: three services, done properly, rather than a menu of everything.
That focus is the point. Shopify, WordPress, and the integration layer between business systems reward depth — knowing where the platform fights you, which apps and plugins age badly, what breaks at volume. Specialists who have made a platform's mistakes before are cheaper than generalists who make them on your project.
The studio is built for remote work with people we may never meet in person, which is why the process rests on artifacts you can verify instead of vibes: written scopes, fixed prices, staging links from week one, weekly written updates, and handovers that assume you might leave. The location question is answered plainly on every page of this site — where we are matters less than how we work, but you deserve to know both.
Principles
The rules we don't bend
Not values-page poetry — operating rules you can verify during an engagement.
- Written beats verbal
- Scopes, decisions, progress, and handovers exist in writing. Time zones stop mattering when nothing important depends on catching someone live.
- You own everything
- Code, repositories, hosting, store and platform accounts — in your name from day one. Our retention strategy is being worth rehiring, not holding keys.
- Honest scoping
- If a plugin, an off-the-shelf connector, or doing nothing is the right answer, that's the recommendation you'll get. Custom development is for when it's actually justified.
- Boring reliability
- Staging environments, version control, tested backups, error handling, documentation. None of it is exciting; all of it is why things keep working in month eighteen.
Honest fit
We're the wrong choice if…
Honest fit cuts both ways. Save yourself an email if any of these describe you:
- You need a big team on day one
- We're a deliberately small studio doing focused, well-scoped work. If your project needs fifteen people next month, a large agency will serve you better — and we'll say so on the first call.
- You're shopping purely on lowest price
- There will always be someone cheaper. Our fixed quotes pay for staging environments, testing, documentation, and handover — the things the cheapest bid quietly skips and you pay for later.
- You want 24/7 phone availability
- We're written-first: scopes, updates, and decisions in writing, with same-day response for genuine emergencies. If you need someone on call around the clock, that's a different kind of vendor.
- You want shortcuts we won't take
- Bought reviews, fake urgency, black-hat SEO, dark-pattern checkouts — we don't build them. The same honesty that runs this site runs the work.
Location
Where we are, and why it works
Engineering from Lahore, Pakistan — working with clients across North America, the UK, Europe, Australia, and the Gulf.
The overlap is real: our afternoon is Europe's morning and our evening is the US East Coast's morning, so there is live conversation time with every region we serve, every working day. The rest runs on the written process above — which works even when time zones wouldn't force it.
How we work
A process built for working with people you haven't met
Remote, international work succeeds on verifiable artifacts, not vibes. Every stage produces something you can read, click, or own.
- 01
Discover
A short call and a written brief. We ask about the business problem before we ask about the software.
- You describe what's broken, slow, or missing; we ask questions until we can restate the problem back to you accurately.
- If we're not the right fit, we say so on this call — not three weeks in.
- 02
Scope & fixed proposal
You get a written scope with deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price — before any commitment.
- The proposal lists exactly what will exist at the end that doesn't exist now.
- Assumptions and exclusions are written down, so there are no surprise invoices.
- 03
Build in visible increments
Work happens on a staging environment you can open from day one, with written progress updates every week.
- You watch the real thing take shape instead of waiting for a big reveal.
- Changes in direction are cheap early — visibility is what makes them early.
- 04
Review & launch
Structured review against the scope, your sign-off, then a monitored launch.
- We test on real devices and real data, not just a laptop and lorem ipsum.
- Launches are scheduled, reversible, and watched — never a Friday-evening push.
- 05
Handover & support
You own everything: code, accounts, documentation. Support afterwards is optional, not a hostage situation.
- Repositories, hosting, and platform accounts are in your name from the start.
- Written documentation covers how to operate what we built — and how another developer could take over.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where are you based?
Lahore, Pakistan. We work remotely with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the Gulf. We keep daily overlap with US Eastern hours and full overlap with UK and European business hours, and everything of substance is put in writing so decisions never depend on catching us live.
How do we communicate during a project?
A weekly written progress update as a baseline, plus scheduled calls at the milestones that need them. You get a staging link from the first week, so conversations happen around something you can actually click. Email, Slack, or your preferred channel — we adapt to yours.
How does pricing work?
Fixed-price proposals for scoped projects: you see deliverables, timeline, and cost in writing before committing anything. Ongoing work (maintenance, iterative improvements) runs on a simple monthly arrangement. No hourly meters running in the background.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from day one. Repositories, hosting, store, and platform accounts are created in your name or transferred to it. Documentation is written so that any competent developer could take over — working with us stays a choice, not a lock-in.
What size of project do you take on?
Focused, well-scoped builds and integrations: a store, a site, a connection between systems, or a series of improvements to one. Smaller budget? Our fixed-price audits are built exactly for that — a written report you keep, credited against any follow-on work. If your project needs a large team, we'll tell you that on the first call.
How do you handle access to our systems and data?
Least-privilege by default: the narrowest API scopes and roles that do the job, running inside accounts you own, with credentials in your own platform settings rather than our copies. Access is granted at the start and revoked at handover, with a written list of everything we touched. We'll sign your NDA before seeing anything sensitive, and a data-processing agreement where your data is in scope.
How do payments work internationally?
We invoice in USD, GBP, or EUR through standard international channels (bank transfer or Wise). Payment terms are stated in the proposal — usually a project deposit and milestone payments, so neither side carries all the risk.
